The Reference 1000 was Soundstream's flagship 2-channel amplifier back in the midish 90s. A monster of an amp, capable of 1000+ watts.

 

Many have claimed this amp is just as great using with separates as it is with powering multiple subs. A true workhorse of American engineering with a gorgeous, unique heat sink and good amount of clean power. These are still in-demand.
